    Pomegranate is a delicious fruit that as you’ve rightly indicated, contains a whole host of healthy nutrients.

    I find a great and easy way to benefit from all those nutrients is to simply scoop out a whole pomegranate and add it to my juicer with some blackcurent juice and a little water.

    That way you get the juice and the arils benefits.
