Flax Seed Muffin Recipe, enjoy :-)

* Oil or margarine for greasing the muffin tin
* ½ cup of pecans
* 1 ¼ cup of flax seed meal
* ¾ cup of sugar (or artificial sweetener equal to ¾ cup sugar)
* 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon of vanilla
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
* ½ teaspoon of salt
* 2 apples (not too big)
* 4 large eggs
* ½ cup flavored syrup (or water if you want a less sugary flax seed muffin recipe)
* ¼ cup of sunflower oil

Flax seed muffin recipe instructions

* Grease your muffin tin. This recipe yields 12 muffins.
* Chop the pecans.
* Mix the pecans with flax seed meal, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, nutmeg and salt.
* Chop the apples into small pieces.
* Beat the eggs.
* Mix the eggs with the dry ingredients and stir in syrup and sunflower oil.
* Add the apple pieces.
* Leave the flax seed muffin batter to stand for 10 minutes while you preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
* Place the batter in the greased muffin tin and bake them until they done. This will normally take 18-20 minutes. The flax seed muffins are ready when a toothpick comes out clean from the centre of a muffin.

i am currently on a weight loss diet plan using phen375. I personally dont like the taste of the flax seed so i mix some ground flax seed into my smoothies which i take daily. It actually hides the taste while adding a bit of texture to the smoothie. i am already benefitting from the use of flax seed and i recommend it very highly as a party of any diet!

In a glass - Mix: 2 tablespoons of grounded flaxseed and 3 Table spoons off raw unfiltered apple cider vinegrette. Fill up with water.
If you want to be extra healthy and if you have, lets say acne or maybe some infection going on in your body then add 3-5 drops off grapefruit seed extract.

Drink a glass every day or at least every other day. May sure you have some organic yogurt once in awhile. Because this drink kills bacteria and bugs. The yogurt will add the good bacteria that might also be killed by the drink.

The best way to eat flaxseed is to grind whole seeds in a coffee grinder and drink it with milk or water. Do not heat the seeds as it would destroy the natural fatty acids within it. Also, there is no fiber in flaxseed oil.

I like to throw a handful of organic whole almonds (shelled, of course) into the food processor with the flax seeds. The resulting mixture tastes excellent on just about everything..... I even put it in my warm tea in the morning!

Key omega-3 fatty acids including EPA and DHA are found primarily in oily cold-water fish such as tuna...salmon...and mackerel (higher concentrations are found in pure fish oil). Aside from fresh seaweed...a staple of many oriental cultures...plant foods rarely contain EPA or DHA.
